January 18-20th was a time of reflection for the RMC’s as they spent the weekend in Sea Isle for their mid-year retreat. Over the weekend, the RMC’s reflected on the various ways in which God wraps us in love. It was a wonderful space in which to pray and appreciate the beauty of nature – they even appreciated the cold ocean with a polar bear plunge!
RMC is happy to welcome students from Niagara University this week who are here to engage in a week of service over their winter break.
During this week, the students are learning about the mission of the Sisters and the RMC program and engaging in a number of different service projects, including serving a meal at Old First Reformed Church, completing projects at Drueding Center and holding a game night for the residents of Redeemer-Lafayette.
Pictured below, the students made over 40 food trays for the Aid For Friends program.
